What I Eat in a Day on a Fertility Diet

Morning

This is what a typical day looks like for me on the fertility diet. On this particular day I was in the beginnings of the luteal phase. 

I start each morning with ginger tea and lemon to wake up my digestive system. The night before I made an herbal infusion for the day. You can find the cycle synced blend here.

Breakfast: 

  • 1 slice of smoked salmon

  • 3 pasture raised eggs from my local farmers market with a splash of cashew milk,

  • Baby Arugula with EVOO, lemon juice, and 1/4 a small avocado.

  • Plantain fried in Coconut Oil

  • Avocado

    Snack:

  • 1 cup of Bone Broth w/ Kombu & 1 cup of Spinach

  • 1 cup of Vegetable juice

Afternoon

Snack:

Evening

  • Roasted Chicken (from farmers Market),

  • Fingerling Potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Sautéed Collards

  • Roasted Zucchini

  • Avocado
