What I Eat in a Day on a Fertility Diet
This is what a typical day looks like for me on the fertility diet. On this particular day I was in the beginnings of the luteal phase.
I start each morning with ginger tea and lemon to wake up my digestive system. The night before I made an herbal infusion for the day. You can find the cycle synced blend here.
1 slice of smoked salmon
3 pasture raised eggs from my local farmers market with a splash of cashew milk,
Baby Arugula with EVOO, lemon juice, and 1/4 a small avocado.
Plantain fried in Coconut Oil
1 cup of Bone Broth w/ Kombu & 1 cup of Spinach
1 cup of Vegetable juice
Soft boiled egg,

Fertility Green Smoothie
1 slice of Luteal Phase Sweet Potato Bread. (I added 2 scoops of Collagen Peptides to the recipe for added protein)
