My Favorite Fertility Smoothies
Smoothies are a great way for me to get additional nutrients into my diet. If you’re trying to lose weight smoothies make a great option for breakfast, and if you’re trying to gain weight smoothies are can easily help you get in those additional calories.
A great smoothie has some type of liquid base, fruits and/or veggies, and often some kind super food.
I love to add fertility superfood to my smoothies and you can check out this post to see a list of them and what they do.
It should be noted that you do not have to have all of these superfoods to make a good fertility smoothie. Pick one or two to get you started!
Very Green Fertility Smoothie
This is my signature green smoothie that if you follow me on Instagram you will see me drinking nearly every day. On the days that I get bored with green smoothies I will have a berry smoothie instead recipe include below.
1 cup steamed Zucchinni
1 cup steamed Leafy Green (I rotate)
1/ cup frozen Pineapple (with core)
2 Scoops of Collagen Peptides
1 tbsp. Vitamineral Greens Powder
1/2 tbsp. Bee Pollen
1 tsp. Maca Root
1/2 tsp. Barley Grass Powder
1/2 tsp Coconut Butter
Dash of Cinnamon
