Cycle Synced Herbal Infusions
In addition to a nourishing fertility diet and staying on my preconception plan, I love to give my fertility a boost by drinking an herbal infusions every day.

If you are trying to get pregnant drinking herbal infusions are a great way to get more nutrients (and water) into your diet.
To support my hormones and to prepare my body for pregnancy, I cycle sync my herbal infusions.
The week before Ovulation and during, I drink this particular blend:
Red Raspberry Leaf, Red Clover, Chaste Tree, Dong Quai, Shatavari Root, Wild Yam, Nettle and Rose Hips.
After Ovulation until Menstruation:
Red Raspberry Leaf, Alfalfa Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Oatstraw Leaf, Dandelion Root and Lemon Balm Leaf.
Shepherd's Purse leaf, Motherwort leaf, Yarrow flower, Nettle leaf, Burdock Root, Red Raspberry Leaf and Ginger root.
*You can purchase all of these herbal teas as complete blends from Euphoric Herbals or purchase the herbs individually and create your own blends using organic herbs from Mountain Rose Herbs or your local apothecary.
How to make an infusion:
I prefer to drink my teas as infusions rather than just a regular cup of tea. To make an infusion you typically use more herbs and let the tea steep for at least four hours.
The easiest and fastest way I have found to do this is to get in the habit of boiling 3 cups of water before bed each night, filling a mason jar 1/4 full of herbs, and carefully pouring the hot water in the jar and then tightly securing the lid.
In the morning, just strain your tea and you’re ready to go!
