The Fertile Life 90 Day Transformation



First blog of the year and we are back with a new weekly series.

As many of you know, last year I launched our Aromatic Oil, and just two very short months after that I published The Fertile Life 90 Day Planner. While this was a very exciting time in my life, it was also SO MUCH WORK. So much so that I was months worth of tired and needed time to reignite my creative juices.

After doing some deep reflection as I prepared myself for another season of creation and growth, I asked myself....

"What would my life look like if I fully committed to 90 days of Fertile living, and shared this journey with the Fertile Alchemy Community?" 

I saw myself happy and well, feeling balanced, fulfilled, and in the best shape I've ever been.

I saw my audience gaining the tools they need in order to live their life more aligned with their cycle and flow.

It's a win win! 

Over the next 90 Days/ 12 weeks I will be focusing on improving and transforming my mind, body, and reproductive health and I will be using myself  as a sort of guinea pig and journaling about it all here.

This Fertile Life 90 Day Transformation is  about resetting my current lifestyle, bringing balance in areas I need more focus, and living a life even more aligned with my fertility than it presently is Because lets be honest - we all have some room for change. 

So why 90 Days? Wouldn't 21 Days or 30 Days be much easier?

YES! It would be so much easier although after going 21 days completely sugar free seemed like the longest three weeks of my entire life.

I have a mean sweet tooth and can sometimes be quite lazy. In moderation this is fine but these are two areas in my life I could really use more discipline. 

Research shows us that it takes the brain approximately 90 days  for it to reset itself. This means while you can create a new habit in 21 days, it will take you around 90 days to get rid of the bad habit. So why not commit to new habits fo a full 90 days? 

This is my logic behind The Fertile Life 90 Day Transformation.

I will be sharing my favorite recipes, supplements, tips, and tools to inspire you into action as we both work toward transforming our fertility and health.

So what’s my plan?

I first wrote this protocol for myself but it would be so much more fun if you were able to join me.



  • 5-9 Servings of Fruits & Veggies

  • 56 oz water / day of 1.8 liters / day water (Recommend amount for someone my height/weight)

  • Herbal infusion - Raspberry Leaf, Nettles, Oat Straw

  • Celery juice

  • Ginger Tea / Lemon Water

  • Green Smoothie

  • Bone Broth

  • Daily Meditation / visualization

  • Journaling

  • Supplements

  • Abhyanga Massage

  • Fertile Alchemy Aromatic Oil

  • Yoga for cycle phases


  • Strength Training or HIIT 3-4x/ week

  • Magnesium baths 2-3x/ week

  • Castor Oil Packs 3x/ week not during menstruation or ovulation

  • Womb massage 3-4x/ week not during menstruation

  • Yoni Steam 1-2x/ week not during menstruation or ovulation

  • Chiropractic Adjustments

  • Salmon 2-3x week ( For Omega's)

  • Creative Activity

  • Acupuncture -at least 1x month

The Basics

  • Predominately Plant based diet

  • No Gluten, Dairy, or Soy

  • No refined sugar.
