It all started with a girl and dream.
In 2014 I began working as a Certified Holistic Health Coach after receiving my training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition after being fired from a job in fashion merchandising. I originally set out to know as much as I could about fertility for my own personal health. Back then there wasn’t much information about preconception health and what was out there was very generic. Eat this. Take that.
But what about the more spiritual, mental, and emotional aspects of fertility?
This hunt for knowledge inspired me to dig deeper and led me to realize that the discussion around fertility was often a tough and sensitive subject and this inspired me to create a new narrative around fertility an women’s health.
As time went more of my clients were coming to me needing the same thing - they wanted to know how to get in control of their hormones, prepare the body for pregnancy and/or learn how to live a more fertile life in general.
Having been a huge advocate for essential oils, I began to make custom blends for my clients based on their specific needs. One particular formula seemed to help with the issues all of my clients were facing. They wanted to balance their hormones, boost fertility, reduce stress, and support their emotional wellness and this led to the birth of Fertile Alchemy Aromatic Oil which I am extremely proud to share with the world. Since the launch of the oil in the fall October 2017 our oil has received four pregnancy announcements and I am beyond thrilled.
As far as my personal life goes, I have been married for four years to my incredible husband Kirk. We are both introverts that enjoy spending time together at home. I am most inspired when I am traveling and so far Bali, Sedona, and San Fransisco are some of my very favorite places in the world.
I love the work that I do and I feel VERY fortunate to be able to meet and work with so many incredible women.
